Michaela Steinacher

She lives and works near Vienna in Austria.
Her larger-than-life portraits are primarily about emotions. Behind each of her pictures is her personal story. Through her art, Steinacher reveals a lot about her emotional world. In order to convey this feeling authentically, she paints as detailed and realistically as necessary on the one hand, and as abstractly as possible on the other.
